The Faculty of Engineering and Vocational (FTK) Ganesha Education University started 2020 by holding a Working Meeting on Preparing Activities and Budgets for 2021. The activity began with the submission of a report from the Chair of the Committee (Dr. Dra. Risa Panti Ariani, M.Sc.), The Chair of the Committee hopes that this year’s work meeting can optimize existing activities in the Faculty. The activity, which invited all lecturers and staff within the FTK environment as well as representatives of BEM and HMJ, the Raker was held on January 28 2020 at the Undiksha General Seminar Building. The day before, a Pre-Raker was held involving Faculty Leaders, Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators, Laboratory Coordinators, and Faculty KTU.
In his speech, the Dean of FTK (Dr. I Gede Sudirtha, M.Pd) expressed his gratitude for his participation so far so that FTK could achieve Undiksha clustering in position 4. The Dean of FTK hoped for contributions from the entire FTK community to improve maximum quality. Before the plenary session was held, Deputy Dean II (Dr. Komang Setemen, S.Si., M.T.) delivered a presentation on budget management priorities, 2019 budget evaluation, 2021 income targets, and 2021 budget priorities. Next, a plenary session was held to explain the activity plans and budgets from each field (WD I, WD II, and WD III) guided by the moderator (Dr. Agus Adiarta, ST., MT.). Followed by the direction of Vice Chancellor I (Dr. I Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T., M. Ti.) related to policies and strategic issues in the institution.
