Friday (10/2) The Engineering and Vocational Faculty of Ganesha Education University started the month of February 2023 by holding a Working Meeting on Program Preparation and Budget Allocation for 2024. This activity invited the Deputy Chancellor II (Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd.), to provide direction regarding policies and regulations in financial management. The activity was attended by all Educators and Education Personnel within the FTK environment as well as representatives of BEM and HMJ. The preparation of the 2024 program and budget allocation will be held on February 10 2023 in the FK seminar room. The working meeting began with a Pre-Working Meeting which was held on February 8 2023 by inviting faculty leaders, department heads, and study program coordinators within the FTK environment.
The activity was opened by the Dean of FTK (Prof. Dr. I Gede Sudirtha, S.Pd., M.Pd.) in his speech the Dean of FTK said that the Engineering and Vocational Faculty is one of the faculties that can compete in its field so it needs support from members of the community. FTK in particular and Undiksha in general, so that superior FTK development will be realized.
The activity was continued by direction from Undiksha Deputy Chancellor II Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd. conveying the Priority Policy and Budget for 2024 with three policy pillars, namely Healthy and Accountable Governance and Human Resource Liberation (Good Governance), Income Generating and Financial Management that is getting better and more effective (Good Budgeting), Obtaining Achievements and Good Institutional Performance Achievements ( Good Achievement).
Before the main meeting was held, Deputy Dean II delivered a presentation regarding the evaluation of activities for 2023. This was then continued by Deputy Dean I for academic activities. Next, a plenary session was held to explain the activity plans and budget for each sector (WD I, WD II, and WD III) which was moderated by Agus Aan Jiwa Permana, S.Kom., M.Cs.
At the end of the event, the Dean of FTK expressed his highest appreciation for holding this activity. The Dean of FTK hopes that all FTK members will be more motivated to create innovations, both in academic and non-academic fields.
