The Faculty of Engineering and Vocational Education, Ganesha University of Education started 2019 by holding a Working Meeting for Preparing Activities and Budget for 2020. This activity invited Ka. General and Financial Bureau (Ni Luh Wayan Yasmiati, S.H), to provide direction regarding policies and regulations in financial management. This activity was opened by the Dean of FTK (Dr. I Gede Sudirtha, M.Pd), and attended by all lecturers and staff within FTK as well as representatives of BEM and HMJ. The preparation of activities and budget for 2020 was held on 25-26 January 2019 in the FTK seminar room. The working meeting began with a Pre-Working Meeting which involved faculty leaders, department heads, study program coordinators, and KTU FTK.

In his direction, Ka. General and Financial Bureau Ni Luh Yasmiati, S.H. said “This institution must be more orderly in financial accountability, for this reason, careful planning is needed by the activity budget items to make financial accountability easier.”

Before the main meeting was held, Deputy Dean II delivered a presentation regarding the evaluation of activities in 2018 and income projections for 2020. This was then continued by Deputy Dean I regarding the direction of university and faculty policies and strategic issues of institutional development in achieving the vision and mission of the university and faculty. Next, a plenary session was held to explain the activity plans and budget for each sector (WD I, WD II, and WD III) which was moderated by Dr. I Gede Ratnaya, S.T., M.Pd.

At the end of the event, the Dean of FTK expressed his highest appreciation for holding this activity. The Dean of FTK hopes that all FTK members will be more motivated to create innovations, both in academic and non-academic fields on a national and international scale.HmsFTK
