Singaraja, December 15, 2025 – The Faculty of Engineering and Vocational Studies at Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) held a briefing for PPPK (Government Employees with Work Agreements) educational staff. The event, which took place in the faculty meeting room, was attended by 12 PPPK educational staff working within the Faculty of Engineering and Vocational Studies. The Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Vocational Studies, Prof. Dr. Kadek Rihendra Dantes, S.T., M.T., personally provided guidance on the main duties and functions (tupoksi) as well as the attendance system for PPPK educational staff in the faculty. This activity aims to ensure that all employees clearly understand their roles and responsibilities in supporting the smooth operation of the faculty.
In his address, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Vocational Studies emphasized the importance of discipline and responsibility in carrying out duties. He reminded that PPPK education staff have a very important role in achieving the faculty’s goals and vision, especially in improving the quality of services for students and supporting the faculty’s planned programs. ‘As part of the large family of the Faculty of Engineering and Vocational Studies, every staff member must be able to work with high spirit, uphold discipline, and be committed to supporting the achievement of the faculty’s flagship programs,’ said the Dean. This briefing also includes explanations about the procedures and policies that must be followed, including the implementation of an appropriate attendance system as part of an efficient and productive work culture. PPPK administrative staff are given the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the things they need to support the smooth running of their work. With this briefing, it is hoped that all PPPK administrative staff can quickly adapt and give their best contributions to achieving the faculty’s goals. As part of a solid team, employees are expected to cooperate in ensuring the success of upcoming faculty programs.
