The Undiksha Vocational Culinary Study Program (PSVK) accreditation visit was held for two days, namely on Wednesday (07/04) and continued on Thursday (08/04).

The COVID-19 pandemic did not dampen the enthusiasm and performance of all FTK Undiksha staff and academics in the implementation of accreditation visitations which were carried out online through a zoom link by BAN-PT. This can be seen from the thorough preparation of academic, administrative, and infrastructure services to support the smoothness and readiness of FTK in implementing PSVK accreditation.

Dr. Diena Mutiara Lemy, M.M (Pelita Harapan Tourism College) and Drs. Maman Lukman Supardi, M.Pd (Bandung Tourism College) was present as a team of assessors from the National Accreditation Board (BAN) of Higher Education (PT) in the PSVK FTK Undiksha accreditation visitation this time.

The series of online accreditation visitation events was opened by Prof. Dr. I Nyoman Jampel, M.Pd as Undiksha Rector. Then proceed with the assessors’ remarks and the online field assessment of PVS Culinary. The agenda for implementing the Culinary PVS online field assessment includes profiles, development plans, and an accredited study program management system. In addition, there were interview sessions between the assessors team and internal quality assurance implementers, alumni and external users, lecturers and education staff, and students. In this activity, a virtual campus tour was also carried out through the Zoom Meeting.

The activity ended with the submission and signing of the Minutes of the Undiksha PSV Field Assessment by the leaders of UPPS and BAN-PT.
