Singaraja-FTK or Fakultas Teknik dan Kejuruan (Faculty of Engineering and Vocational) UNDIKSHA has won the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System certification for administration scope in terms of student, academic, and financial aspects. This certification is a manifestation of the commitment of all staff and lecturers at the Faculty of Engineering and Vocational Schools to carry out their duties in an excellent and better manner.
ISO 9001 is one of the popular standards issued by the Industrial Certification Center and is an international standard for quality management systems. This ISO9001:2015 certification activity has been carried out since October 27, 2021, which is the first stage of TUV NORD ISO9001:2015 Surveillance activity, and the second phase will be continued from November 1 to November 2, 2021. Mr. Poernomo Amiprodjo was present as the closing auditor of ISO9001: 2015 and ratifying the FTK UNDIKSHA officially certified ISO9001:2015. The audit results stated that there was no NC A (Nonconformity A) = major findings and NC B (Nonconformity B) = Minor findings, and there were only 5 PIs (Potential for Improvement). Therefore, FTK is considered worthy of obtaining the ISO9001:2015 Certificate. This certification also binds all staff and lecturers within the Faculty of Engineering and Vocational School to carry out the administrative process and performance following ISO standards.
This activity was attended by the UNDIKSHA Deputy Rector I, the Dean and Deputy Dean of FTK, Secretary of PJM or Pusat Penjaminan Mutu (Quality Assurance Center), GKM or Gugus Kendali Mutu (Quality Control Unit), the Laboratory Head, the Department Head and Secretary, Study Programmes Coordinator, Young Analysts and Educators and the ISO Team within the FTK.
With this certification, it is hoped that FTK will be able to maintain and improve the quality of its performance more in line with the ISO9001:2015 standard. FTK JENGAH! UNDIKSHA JAYA!.
