Singaraja- The Engineering and Vocational Faculty (FTK) of Ganesha Education University (Undiksha) is increasingly aggressive in holding and introducing FTK in several areas. The activity which was held on 26-27 January 2020 at Ganesha 3 Undiksha Rectorate took place virtually, a Webinar with the theme “Meaningful Digital Learning in the New Normal Period”. Activities that invite teachers and students in Bali, East Java, NTT, and surrounding areas.
The activity began with a report from the committee chairman (Agus Aan Jiwa Permana, S.Kom., M.Cs.) and continued with remarks from the FTK Dean (Dr. I Gede Sudirtha, S.Pd, M.Pd) and officially opening the event from the FTK Dean Very grateful for holding this activity, Gede Sudirtha also said that holding this activity would be able to introduce the study programs at the Technical and Vocational Faculty, especially for areas around Bali. Providing more information to prospective students who will continue their studies at Undiksha and FTK in particular.
Sudirtha added that Undiksha offers a multitude of scholarships, including the Bidikmisi Scholarship, Chancellor’s Scholarship, Supersemar Scholarship, and many more to provide further enthusiasm for our students. He added, this University in North Bali also applies popular education fees. Sudirtha also explained that the pathway for student admission is through the National Selection for Entrance to State Universities (SNMPTN), and Joint Selection for Entrance to State Universities (SBMPTN). Admission is prioritized on the two routes SNMPTN and SBMPTN. If this is fulfilled then there will no longer be any acceptance on the independent route,
The activity continued with a Webinar by Dr. Phil. Dessy Seri Wahyuni, S.Kom., M.Eng. with the theme Introduction to the world of Vocational Studies and moderated by Ketut Udy Ariawan, S.T., M.T., it is hoped that with this, many people will be interested in choosing FTK as a place to continue their education. The activity was continued with FTK Promotion and Socialization related to Curriculum, Collaboration, and Scholarships by the Deputy Dean of FTK. On the second day, the socialization began with a Webinar with the theme Learning Design by Dr. I Gede Sudirtha, S.Pd, M.Pd and moderated by Ketut Udy Ariawan, S.T., M.T.,. and continued by showing product videos and video messages from FTK alumni and students. Furthermore, the promotion and socialization of study programs from the Department of Informatics Engineering and the Department of Industrial Technology by the Head of the respective Departments.
