The students of the Faculty of Engineering and Vocational, Informatics Engineering Education Study Programme who have won four international awards in the World Youth Invention and Innovation Awards (WYIIA) event which took place at Universitas Islam Negeri sunan kalijaga Yogyakarta on 22-26 August 2022.

1. AR Subak Team : Putu Dimas Pramudita with the work “Augmented Reality Subak” which was supervised by Dr. Ketut Agustini., S.Si., M.Si.,  successfully won the Gold Medal and IYSA Special Award

2. Safheld Team : I Gusti Nyoman Anton Surya Diputra, I Made Deon Virgananta, Putu Zasya Eka Satya Nugraha, and Ketut Nova Wirya Dinata with the work “Smart Safety Helmet Detector based on Yolov4- Tiny to Prevent Accident in Construction Area” which was supervised by I Ketut Andika Pradnyana, S.Pd., M.Pd.,  won the Silver Medal

3. SIMOBI Team : I Komang Yuda Muliawan and Putu Dimas Pramudita with the work “SIMOBI: Solar Hydroponic Monitoring System Based on Internet of Things (IoT)” under the guidance of I Gede Bendesa Subawa, S.Pd., M.Kom.,  won Silver Medal

4. Electro Wand Team : Kadek Wira Adi Saputra with the work “Electro Wand: An Arduino-Based Learning Practicum Tool for Elegtro magnetic Wave Detection”  which was supervised by Ida Bagus Nyoman Pascima, S.Pd., M.Cs., won the Bronze Medal.

The Dean of FTK I Gede Sudirtha congratulated and thanked the students of the Faculty of Engineering and Vocational, Informatics Engineering Education Study Program who had won four international awards at the World Youth Invention and Innovation Awards (WYIIA). Hopefully the achievements can inspire other students to show their abilities and raise the spirit of competition.
