This activity invited the FTK Dean, FTK Deputy Dean, FTK Undiksha Lecturers, and FTK Student Representatives. Acting as the main speaker in the workshop was I Made Ardwi Pradnyana, S.T., M.T. Lecturer at the Information Systems Study Program, FTK Undiksha

The activity was opened by the Dean of FTK (Dr. Kadek Rihendra Dantes, S.T., M.T.), in his brief opening it was hoped that the introduction of this system would make it easier to complete the final work. The Dean of FTK also said that with this system, lecturers and students can evaluate the implementation of student guidance and digitalization of students’ final works, and it is hoped that they can streamline administrative matters in preparing final works, and each department or study program has a big role in making the student’s journey a success. towards the finish line. At the end of the opening, the FTK Dean expressed his gratitude for his participation in carrying out this activity so that it became a good and beneficial resource for FTK in particular and Undiksha in general.

The next series of events is a presentation about the Thesis Stages and Phases in the Final Work System (Version 1 September 2023) by I Made Ardwi Pradnyana, S.T., M.T. In his presentation, it was conveyed that in the future final assignments, theses and dissertations will all be done online so that it can be easier and provide faster solutions. The activity continued with a simulation of the final work system by the resource person, the activity ended with a group photo session by all workshop participants.
