Singaraja-Faculty of Engineering and Vocational Education, Ganesha Education University (FTK Undiksha) prepared the 2022 budget online, Friday (5/2/2021). The event which took place virtually invited Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators, lecturers, and staff within the FTK, BEM, HMJ, and FTK student representatives, previously held a Pre-Work Meeting involving faculty leaders, department heads, study program coordinators, FTK Lab Chairs and FTK KTU
The activity was opened by the Dean of FTK (Dr. I Gede Sudirtha, M.Pd) who expressed his gratitude for his participation so far so that FTK could achieve Undiksha clustering in position 1. This achievement will be a motivation for the faculty to further improve their achievements. Sudirtha also conveyed the strategic issues that FTK must achieve in 2021. Sudirtha also emphasized that in the results of the Development and Program Coordination (Rakorbang), in 2022, Undiksha was declared an International Reputable University in Education and Leadership (IRUEL), as part of the efforts accelerating the realization of Undiksha’s vision of becoming a superior university based on the Tri Hita Karana philosophy in Asia by 2045, it is hoped that in 2021 Undiksha will become a place for learning from various countries. He emphasized the increase in the amount of object-based learning or e-learning during a pandemic like this.
The activity continued with a Review of Activities for 2021 and then a plenary session by the Deputy Dean II (Dr. Komang Setemen, S.Si., M.T.) delivering a presentation on budget management priorities, 2020 budget evaluation, 2022 income targets, and 2022 budget priorities. Then a session was held. plenary to explain the activity plans and budgets for each sector (WD I, WD II, and WD III) guided by the moderator (Agus Aan Jiwa Permana, S.Kom., M.Cs.), followed by a discussion and question and answer session.
